The Big Chill, Inc. (“TBCI”) respects and values the right to privacy of everyone who visits the TBCI Website. We will only collect, record, store, process and use your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the issuances of the National Privacy Commission, other relevant laws (collectively, the “Data Privacy Laws”), and the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is for the information of users or visitors of the TBCI Website regarding TBCI’s policies in relation to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, disposal and sharing of personal information provided or submitted by users or visitors to TBCI when browsing and/or using the TBCI Website.

TBCI may, in its sole discretion, update, amend, modify or withdraw any portion of this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. We may also update this Privacy Policy to apply changes due to new laws, rules and regulations affecting the Data Privacy Laws.
